The fifth amendment states that one cannot be forced to answer any questions, unless on a presentment of a Grand Jury. The fifth amendment also explains that one cannot be tried again for the same offense, also known as Double Jeopardy.

The sixth amendment explains that a person who is accused of a crime, has the right to enjoy a speedy, public trial. The sixth amendment also states that the trials or court case requires an impartial jury.
